Let \(\mathcal{G}\) be a locally compact, \(\sigma\)-compact, topological group with identity element \(e\). \(E\) is a solid, translation invariant BF space and \(S\) is a closed complemented subspace of \(E\). The author gives the characterization of the norm of \(S\) in terms of the family of multipliers associated with an arbitrary partition of unity in \(\mathcal{G}\). The technique of the proof is a vector-valued variant of the proof of the existence of atomic decompositions for coorbit spaces investigated by Feichtinger and Gröchenig. The results generalize previously known results for time-frequency analysis to include time-scale decompositions.
