Let $\left(M,g\right)$ be a Riemannian manifold of dimension $n\geq2$ equipped with two positive `weight' functions $\rho,\sigma$. Under sufficient regularity assumptions on $\rho,\sigma$ the authors define the weighted Laplacian $\Delta_{\rho, \sigma}^{g}:=-\mathrm{div}\left(\sigma\nabla\rho^{-1}\right)$ and its corresponding eigenvalues $\mu_{k}^{g}\left(\rho,\sigma\right)$, $k=1,2,\ldots$; imposing Neumann conditions in the presence of a boundary. The special cases $\left(\rho,\sigma\right)=\left(1,1\right)$, $\left(\rho,\rho^{\frac{n-2}{n}}\right)$, $\left(\rho,\rho\right)$ correspond to the Riemannian, $\rho^{\frac{n}{2}}g$ conformal and Witten Laplacians respectively. Here several upper and lower estimates on the weighted eigenvalues $\mu_{k}^{g}\left(\rho,\sigma\right)$ are considered under variation of the weights. Among the explicit bounds include \[\begin{aligned} \mu_{1}^{g}\left(\rho,\sigma\right)&\geq\frac{1}{4}h_{\sigma,\sigma}\left(M\right)h_{\rho,\sigma}\left(M\right),\\ \mu_{k}^{g}\left(\rho,1\right)&\leq A_{n}\left(\frac{k}{\int\rho dv_{g}}\right)^{\frac{2}{n}}+B_{n}\kappa, \\ \mu_{k}^{g}\left(1,\sigma\right)&\leq A_{n}\left(\frac{k}{\int\sigma dv_{g}}\right)^{\frac{2}{n}}+B_{n}\kappa, \end{aligned}\] where $h_{\rho,\sigma}\left(M\right)$ is an appropriate weighted isoperimetric constant, $\kappa$ is the smallest positive number satisfying the $\mathrm{Ric}_{g}\geq-\left(n-1\right)\kappa g$ and $A_{n},B_{n}$ are constants depending only on the dimension. The above generalize the classical inequalities of \textit{J. Cheeger} [in: Probl. Analysis, Sympos. in Honor of Salomon Bochner, Princeton Univ. 1969, 195--199 (1970; Zbl 0212.44903)] and \textit{P. Buser} [Proc. Symp. Pure Math. 36, 29--77 (1980; Zbl 0432.58024)] to the weighted case with their proofs following similar outlines.
