The author studies reduced \(C^*\)-algebras of Fell bundles over locally compact, Hausdorff, second countable étale groupoids equipped with a \(\mathbb{Z}\)-valued \(1\)-cocycle. Under the additional assumption that the cocycle is unperforated, it is shown that the reduced \(C^*\)-algebra \(C_r^*(G;A)\) can be realized as the Cuntz-Pimsner algebra of a naturally associated \(C^*\)-correspondence over \(C_r^*(G_0;A|_{G_0})\), where \(G_0=c^{-1}(0)\).\N\NThe construction follows the strategy developed for groupoid \(C^*\)-algebras without coefficients, extending results of \textit{A. Rennie} et al. [Math. Scand. 120, No. 1, 115--123 (2017; Zbl 1373.46051)] to the setting of Fell bundles. The main technical ingredients include a careful analysis of sections supported in graded components of the groupoid and a density result relying on the unperforated condition. The key theorem establishes that the canonical Toeplitz representation is Cuntz-Pimsner covariant and yields an isomorphism between the associated Cuntz-Pimsner algebra and \(C_r^*(G;A)\).\N\NAs an application, the author derives a six-term exact sequence in \(K\)-theory, relating the \(K\)-groups of \(C_r^*(G;A)\) to those of \(C_r^*(G_0;A|_{G_0})\), via Katsura's framework.
