The paper studies real versions of the Jacobian conjecture. For a polynomial map \(F: \mathbb{R}^n \to \mathbb{R}^n\) with non zero determinant everywhere, the authors discuss conditions that imply that the map is injective. A nice feature is a dynamical proof of the known fact that injectivity is equivalent with the properness of \(F\) (see Theorem B in the paper). Then they go on proving more quantitative versions of this result, sometimes relating with their Theorem A which imposes conditions on the higher-order terms of some polynomials obtained from the coordinates and their derivatives.
