In this paper, the author looks at magnetic Schrödinger operators \(L_{q,a}^{st}\) on metric graphs. It is shown that the lowest eigenvalue for \(L_{0,a}^{st}\) is \(0\) if and only if the magnetic potential can be globally eliminated, i.e. there is a unitary transformation \(u\mapsto e^{-i\Theta}u\) (where \(\Theta'=a\)) such that \(e^{-i\Theta}L_{q,a}^{st}e^{i\Theta}=L_{q,0}^{st}.\) This allows extending the geometric Ambarzumian theorem to the case of magnetic Laplacians. Moreover, it is shown that if the operator \(L_{q,a}^{st}\) is isospectral to the standard Laplacian \(L_{0,0}^{st}\) then \(q\equiv 0\) a.e. and the magnetic potential can be globally eliminated. Further, the operators \(L_{q,a}^{\vec{\sigma}}\) with delta couplings at the vertices are considered.
