      It is proved that for \(0<\theta<\frac{14}{41}\) and \(\alpha>0\) the sequence \((\alpha n^{\theta}\bmod 1)\) has Poissonian pair correlation. Previously, results for such sequence were known only for almost all \(\alpha\).\N\NThe proof is based on new estimates of some exponential sums.
