The study of rational curves on \(K3\) surfaces represents an open problem in arithmetic and algebraic geometry. Although a general comprehension is still out of reach, the lattice-theoretic approach pionereed by Nikulin proved particularly helpful for \(K3\) surfaces with an elliptic fibration, where rational lines can only appear as sections or irreducible components of singular fibers. This feature has attracted much interest from practitioners.\N\NIn the paper under review, the authors focus on complex projective \(K3\) surfaces satisfying the following three properties:\N\begin{itemize}\N\item the surface has Picard lattice isomorphic to \(L=H\oplus K\), where \(H\) is the standard hyperbolic lattice of rank \(2\) and \(K\) is a negative definite lattice of ADE type;\N\item the surface admits an elliptic fibration with a section of order \(2\);\N\item the surface has a finite automorphism group.\N\end{itemize}\NFor each rank \(11\leq r \leq 18\), there exists a unique lattice \(L\) satisfying the above conditions, with the exception of \(r=14\), for which two non equivalent instances exist.\N\NIn several works of the first two authors together with others, the geometric construction of \(L\)-polarised \(K3\) surfaces with \(L\) satisfying the above conditions and of rank \(14\leq r\leq 18\) is studied. In the paper under review, the authors, building upon the previous works, fill in the gap and give geometric constructions also for the cases of rank \(r=11, 12, 13\).
