Let \(X\) be one of the following smooth complex projective 3-folds: \(X_1:= \mathbb{P}^3\), \(X_2\) (the 3-dimensional quadric), \(X_4\) (the intersection of \(2\) quadric hypersurfaces) and the Fano 3-fold of degree \(5\), \(X_5\). Theirs first main result is the proof that in the derived category \(D^b(X_2)\) for fixed \(c_1\) and \(c_2\) there is an upper bound for \(c_3\) for the existence of semistable objects as in the classical case, \(X_1\), proved by R. Hartshorne in 1980. They give an explicit description of the moduli spaces with maximal \(c_3\ge 0\), giving even exemples of disconnected ones. It would be intersting to study the possible \(c_3\) below the maximal one in the classical case of semistable rank \(2\) torsion free sheaves. In the paper under review they contruct (for \(X_1\), \(X_2\), \(X_4\) and \(X_5\)) several new infinite series with rational moduli spaces, and a new infinite series of irrational components on \(X_4\). In the paper under review they prove the boundedness of \(c_3\) for \(c_1=0\) and fixed \(c_2>0\) for the moduli space of stable reflexive sheaves of general type.
