The existence of an unique fixed point of the Hutchinson operator for three IFS (iterated function system) is proved: generated by cyclic contractions, cyclic \(\varphi\)-contractions (see [\textit{W. A. Kirk} et al., Fixed Point Theory 4, No. 1, 79--89 (2003; Zbl 1052.54032)]) and by cyclic (c)-comparison maps [\textit{V. Berinde}, Contracţii generalizate şi aplicaţii (Romanian). Baia Mare: Editura Cub Press 22 (1997; Zbl 0885.47022)]. For the cyclic (c)-comparison IFS the authors obtain some additional properties of the Hutchinson operator: it is a well-posed map, it is a special Picard operator and it is a good Picard operator (according to the terminology of [\textit{I. A. Rus}, Sci. Math. Jpn. 58, No. 1, 191--219 (2003; Zbl 1031.47035)]).
