Assuming that the set-valued map G is Hausdorff continuous with closed convex values with non-empty interior in a separable real Banach space it is proved that the delayed differential inclusion \(x'(t)\in Extr G(t,x(t- r(t))),\) where Extr denotes the set of the extreme points has a solution. The function r(\(\cdot)\) is assumed to be continuous.
