In this interesting paper the authors consider two problems in convex geometry associated to \(\mathcal{A}\)-harmonic PDEs: the Brunn-Minkowski inequality, and a Minkowski problem for the \(\mathcal{A}\)-harmonic Green's function. Starting with the Brunn-Minkowski inequality, fix \(2\le n\le p<\infty\) and let \(E\subset\mathbb{R}^n\) be a convex, compact set. The authors define and prove the existence and uniqueness of the \(\mathcal{A}\)-harmonic Green's function for the complement of \(E\) with pole at infinity. The authors also define a notion of capacity -- a quantity \(C_{\mathcal{A}}(E)\), which can be seen as the behavior of this function near infinity -- and prove that \(C_{\mathcal{A}}(\cdot)\) satisfies the following Brunn-Minkowski-type inequality: \[ \left(C_{\mathcal{A}}(\lambda E_1+(1-\lambda)E_2)\right)^{\frac{1}{p-n}}\ge \lambda(C_{\mathcal{A}}(E_1))^{\frac{1}{p-n}}+(1-\lambda)(C_{\mathcal{A}}(E_2))^{\frac{1}{p-n}}, \] where \(n<p<\infty\), \(0\le\lambda\le 1\), and \(E_1,E_2\) are nonempty, convex, compact subsets in \(\mathbb{R}^n\). When \(p=n\), the authors show \[ C_{\mathcal{A}}(\lambda E_1+(1-\lambda)E_2)\ge \lambda C_{\mathcal{A}}(E_1)+(1-\lambda)C_{\mathcal{A}}(E_2),\] where \(0\le \lambda\le 1\) and \(E_1,E_2\) are convex, compact subsets in \(\mathbb{R}^n\) containing at least two points. Additionally, it is shown that if equality holds in either of the two inequalities for some \(E_1\) and \(E_2\), then under assumptions on \(\mathcal{A}\), the two sets are homothetic. In the second part of the paper the authors consider a Minkowski-type problem for a measure associated to the \(\mathcal{A}\)-harmonic Green's function for the complement of a convex, compact set \(E\), when \(n\le p<\infty\). Denoting the measure by \(\mu_{E}\), the authors prove that necessary and sufficient conditions for existence, in their setting, are actually exactly the same conditions as in the classical Minkowski problem. As a consequence of the Brunn-Minkowski inequality obtained in the first part of the paper, the authors show that this problem has a unique solution up to translation.
