    Let \(\mathcal H\) be the Hilbert space defined by \[ {\mathcal H}=\{f:(0,\infty)\times(0,\infty)\rightarrow \mathbb C \text{ is measurable,}\quad | f| _{{\mathcal H}}<\infty\}. \] Let \(n,m \geq 2\), and \(\Omega\in L^1({\mathbb S}^{n-1}\times {\mathbb S}^{m-1})\) be a homogeneous function of degree zero on \({\mathbb R}^n\times{\mathbb R}^m\). The Marcinkiewicz integral on the product space \({\mathbb R}^n\times{\mathbb R}^m\) is defined by \[ \mu_{\Omega}(f)(x_1,x_2)=\Big| \big\{T_{t_1,t_2}(f)(x_1,x_2)\big\}_{t_1,t_2>0}\Big| _{\mathcal H}, \] where \[ T_{t_1,t_2}(f)(x_1,x_2)=\frac1{t_1t_2}\int_{| x_1-y_1| <t_1} \int_{| x_2-y_2| <t_2}\frac{\Omega(x_1-y_1,x_2-y_2)} {| x_1-y_1| ^{n-1}| x_2-y_2| ^{m-1}} f(y_1,y_2)\,dy_1\,dy_2. \] When the kernel \(\Omega\) satisfies the Lipschitz condition on \({\mathbb S}^{n-1}\times {\mathbb S}^{m-1}\), the authors establish the boundedness of Marcinkiewicz integrals from the Hardy space \(H^1({\mathbb R}^n\times{\mathbb R}^m)\) to the Lebesgue space \(L^1({\mathbb{R}}^n\times{\mathbb R}^m)\) and their commutators with Lipschitz functions from the Hardy space \(H^1({\mathbb R}^n\times{\mathbb R}^m)\) to the Lebesgue space \(L^q({\mathbb R}^n\times{\mathbb R}^m)\) for some \(q>1\).
