The author presents an infinite description of ``canonical'' super-Brownian motion. Super-Brownian motion is the scaling limit of critical branching random walk, which almost surely is finite. The author presents two constructions in which the limiting objects are made infinite, by conditioning on non-extinction or by size-biasing, and shows that they are equivalent. Moreover, he proves for the incipient infinite cluster of oriented percolations in dimensions more than 4, and discusses conjectures for various other models, how their scaling limit will be the infinite super-Brownian motion. Although the subject is quite technical, the author presents a nice introduction and also an instructive history of the subject. I enjoyed reading the paper.
