This paper is devoted to obtain sufficient conditions for the convergence of complex almost periodic systems of differential equations by using the comparison method. As components of the comparison vector functions the author uses homogeneous forms of even degrees. Applying estimates of Lyapunov functions for subsystems and using Lipschitz constants of the right-hand side functions, the author constructs comparison systems in explicit form. As an example, some almost periodic systems are considered.
