The author deals with the Gabor frame decomposition of some evolution operators. The new expression of the Gabor matrix for the heat equation is given. Moreover, the Gabor matrix for the Schrödinger-type operators is computed. Numerical representations of the coefficients decay are estimated using Maple. The super-exponential decay of the coefficients of the matrix is shown for the harmonic oscillator.
