Consider a system of ordinary differential equations \[ \dot{x}=Ax+X(x) \] on a neighborhood of the origin in \(\mathbb{R}^n\) or \(\mathbb{C}^n\), where \(A\) is an \(n \times n\) matrix and each component function is analytic and has no constant or linear terms. Such a system is completely integrable if it admits \(n - 1\) functionally independent first integrals in a neighborhood of the origin. Complete integrability is intimately connected with the question of convergence of the transformation of such system to the Poincaré-Dulac normal form, as it is stated in [\textit{J. Llibre} et al., Bull. Sci. Math. 136, No. 3, 342--359 (2012; Zbl 1245.34004)]. In this work the authors study complete integrability and time-reversibility of three dimensional polynomial systems with a singularity at the origin at which the linear part has a zero eigenvalue and a pair of eigenvalues that are the negatives of one another. An approach for finding systems within a given parametric family admitting two independent analytic local first integrals in a neighborhood of the origin is proposed generalizing a result given in [\textit{B. Ferčec} et al., J. Math. Anal. Appl. 434, No. 1, 894--914 (2016; Zbl 1337.34003)]. The approach is applied to a family of cubic systems.
