In this paper, the authors continue their work on implosions of various symplectic manifolds (for an introductory review cf. [the authors with \textit{A. Swann}, J. Ramanujan Math. Soc. 28A, 81--122 (2013; Zbl 1300.53049)]). This time they investigate complex symplectic implosions with respect to the group \({\mathrm{SL}}(n,{\mathbb C})\). The universal implosion of this sort is constructed via geometric invariant theory (GIT) and multiplicative quiver diagrams. Examples for \({\text{ SL}}(2,{\mathbb C})\) are also worked out.
