Soergel bimodules appear in representation theory and geometry. More recently, \textit{M. Khovanov} shows the existence of connections between Soergel bimodules and link homoloy [Int. J. Math. 18, No. 8, 869-885 (2007; Zbl 1124.57003)]. In the paper under review, the authors determine the Hochschild homology of Soergel bimodules for \(\text{SL}(n)\). More generally, they give a geometric model of this Hochschild homology for a simple group \(G\). If \(B\) is a Borel subgroup of \(G\) and \(w\) an element of the Weyl group, denote by \(Gw\) the closure \(\overline{BwB}\). If \(Gw\) is smooth, they show that the Hochschild homology is an exterior algebra over a polynomial ring. This allows the determination of its Hilbert series, proving a conjecture of Jacob Rasmussen. In the general case, the geometric model is a \(B\)-equivariant intersection cohomology of \(B\times B\)-orbit closures in \(G\). In type \(A\), these orbit closures are equivariantly formal for the conjugation \(B\)-action.
