A one-sided maximal function estimates for nonisotropic dilations of the mean value kernel for the heat equation is given. It is shown that the for any measurable kernel on \(\mathbb{R}^{d+1}\) the one-sided maximal function estimates are true. For the case \(d=1\), which corresponding to the case when kernel does not admit an integrable, the minimal ``radial-elliptic'' majorant does not belong to \(L^1(\mathbb{R}^2)\).
