The authors present an example that shows that not all local cohomology modules are tame in the sense of \textit{M. Brodmann} and \textit{M. Hellus} [J. Pure Appl. Algebra 172, No. 2--3, 165--182 (2002; Zbl 1011.13009)]. A graded module \(T\) is called tame if there exists an integer \(n_{0}\) such that \(T_{n} = 0\) for all \(n \leq n_{0}\), or else \(T_{n} \neq 0\) for all \(n \leq n_{0}\).
