Abstract: Let $pgeq5$ be a prime number. We find all the possible subgroups $G$ of ${mGL}_2(mathbbZ/pmathbbZ)$ such that there exists a number field $k$ and an elliptic curve $mathcalE$ defined over $k$ such that the $mGal(k(mathcalE[p])/k)$-module $mathcalE[p]$ is isomorphic to the $G$-module $(mathbbZ/pmathbbZ{)}^2$ and there exists $ninmathbbN$ such that the local-global divisibility by $p^n$ does not hold over $mathcalE(k)$.
