Abstract: Let be a set of solids (hyperplanes) in , even, , such that every point of lies in either , or solids of , and every plane of lies in either , or solids of . This article shows that is either the set of solids that are disjoint from a hyperoval, or the set of solids that meet a non-singular quadric in an elliptic quadric.
