Abstract: Given a separated and locally finitely-presented Deligne-Mumford stack over an algebraic space , and a locally finitely-presented -module , we prove that the Quot functor is represented by a separated and locally finitely-presented algebraic space over . Under additional hypotheses, we prove that the connected components of are quasi-projective over .
