Irrationally elliptic closed characteristics on symmetric compact star-shaped hypersurfaces in R^4
From MaRDI portal

Let \(\Sigma\) be a symmetric compact star-shaped hypersurface in \({\mathbb R}^4\). The main result of this paper establishes that if \(\Sigma\) carries exactly two geometrically distinct closed characteristics, then both should be irrationally elliptic. The proof combines methods of contact homology and local homology.
