The main scope of this paper is to provide an extension of Minkowski's classical theorem about centered measures on the sphere. Given a measure \(\mu\) on an Euclidean space with positive degrees of concavity and homogeneity, it is shown that a surface area measure of a convex set, weighted with respect to \(\mu\), determines a convex body uniquely up to \(\mu\)-measure zero. A corresponding existence result is derived under natural hypotheses. Consequences of the main result are generalizations of Alexandrov's theorem and of the solution to the Shephard's problem.
