Dual algebras with nonlinear Poisson brackets (English)

The authors study algebraic structures connected with nonlinear Poisson brackets that are important in classical mechanics. In [Funkts. Anal. Prilozh. 16, No. 4, 27-34 (1982; Zbl 0513.58028)], \textit{E. K. Sklyanin} introduced the so-called quadratic Poisson algebra. This algebra appears quite naturally from the theory of algebraic structures connected with the Yang-Baxter equation in mathematical physics.NEWLINENEWLINENEWLINEIn this paper, the authors introduce an algebra with 3 classical dynamical variables. They show how this algebra can be used to describe integrable systems and how it is related to the Sklyanin algebra.NEWLINENEWLINEFor the entire collection see [Zbl 0971.00056].
