    This paper establishes a local \(Tb\) Theorem for square functions on domains with Ahlfors-David regular boundaries. To be precise, let \(E\) be an Ahlfors-David regular set, which is an \(n\)-dimensional closed subset of \(\mathbb{R}^{n+1}\) satisfying that, for each ball \(B(x,r)\) with \(x\in E\) and \(r\in(0,\text{\,diam}(E))\), \[ C^{-1}r^n\leq \sigma(B(x,r))\leq Cr^n \] for some positive constant \(C\), where \(\sigma\) is the \(n\)-dimensional Hausdorff measure on \(E\). Let \(\Omega:=\mathbb{R}^{n+1}\setminus E\), and \(\Theta\) be the operator defined by \[ \Theta f(X):=\int_E \psi(X,y)f(y)\,d\sigma, \] where \(\psi\) is a function on \(\Omega \times E\) such that \[ |\psi(X,y)|\leq C \frac{[\text{\,dist}(X,\partial \Omega)]^\alpha}{|X-y|^{n+\alpha}},\quad y\in E,\;\;X\in \Omega, \] and \[ |\psi(X,y)-\psi(X,y')|\leq C \frac{|y-y'|^\alpha}{|X-y|^{n+\alpha}},\quad y,y'\in E,\;\;X\in \Omega,\;\;2|y-y'|\leq |X-y|. \] In this paper, it is proved that if there is a system \(\{b_Q\}\) of functions indexed by Christ dyadic cubes \(Q\subset E\) satisfying for each \(|\int_Q b_Q(x)\,d\sigma(x)|\geq \frac1{C_0}\sigma(Q)\), \(\int_Q|b_Q(x)|^p\,d\sigma(x)\leq C_0\sigma(Q)\), and the square function estimate \[ \int_Q \bigg(\int\!\int_{\Gamma_Q(x)}|\Theta b_Q(Y)|^2\frac{dY}{[\text{\,dist}(Y,\partial \Omega)]^{n+1}}\bigg)^{p/2}\,d\sigma(x)\leq C_0\sigma(Q) \] for some constant \(C_0\) and \(p\in(0,\infty)\), then \(\Theta\) is bounded from \(L^2(E,\sigma)\) to \(L^2(\Omega, \frac{dY}{\text{\,dist}(Y,\partial \Omega)})\).
