The paper continues, previous work of the second author and \textit{X. Wang} [J. Algebra 312, No. 2, 902--929 (2007; Zbl 1170.17002); J. Pure Appl. Algebra 215, 1205--1222 (2011; Zbl 1219.17019)], and of the authors joint with \textit{X. Wang} [Contemp. Math. 652, 173--206 (2015; Zbl 1377.17019)], related to quantizations of certain classes of Lie algebras. Some Drinfeld twists are constructed for Lie algebras of generalized Cartan type \(K\) in characteristic zero, and the corresponding quantizations of the Lie bialgebra structures of these Lie algebras are explicitly described. Using modular reduction and base changes, quantizations of the restricted universal enveloping algebra of the restricted simple Lie algebra \(\mathbf{K}(2n+1,\underline{1})\) of Cartan type \(K\) are obtained in positive characteristic \(p\). Some new examples of finite dimensional non-commutative non-cocommutative Hopf algebras are obtained in this way.
