Let \(H=-\frac12\Delta+V\) be the Schrödinger operator on a connected Riemannian manifold \((M,g)\). The potential function \(V\) is assumed to be bounded and real-valued; one imposes Dirichlet boundary conditions to ensure \(H\) is self-adjoint. The authors impose suitable conditions on the end structure of \(M\) to prove an analogue of Rellich's theorem, the limiting absorption principle, radiaton condition bounds, and the Sommerfeld uniqueness result. The assumptions on the ends are sufficiently general to cover finitely mixed ends of Euclidean and hyperbolic types. The results are established using commutator arguments with weights.
