The purpose of this article is to study \(q\)-congruences for some classes of multiple \(q\)-harmonic sums of arbitrary depth. First, congruences for homogeneous strict and non-strict sums on strings composed of twos are proved by considering a generating function. Then, first congruences for quasi-homogeneous \(q\)-harmonic sums are found. A duality relation for multiple \(q\)-harmonic non-strict sums modulo \([p]_q\) is proved by using a multiple \(q\)-binomial sum. Finally, a duality for multiple \(q\)-harmonic (strict) sums, extension of the previous duality relations, is proved by several lemmas with \(q\)-binomial coefficients.
