Let \(L^{p)\tau}\) denote the grand Lebesgue space on a finite measure space, \(1< p <\infty\) and \(\tau>0\), as defined in [\textit{L. Greco} et al., Manuscr. Math. 92, No. 2, 249--258 (1997; Zbl 0869.35037)]. Let \([X_0,X_1]_{\theta}\) and \([X_0,X_1]^{\theta}\) be the first and second Calderón's complex interpolation spaces for the the compatible couple of Banach spaces \((X_0,X_1)\), \(0<\theta<1\) [\textit{A. P. Calderón}, Stud. Math. 24, 113--190 (1964; Zbl 0204.13703)]. The main results of this paper are the following: If \(1 < p_0,p_1,p <\infty\), \(\tau>0\), \(0<\theta<1\), \(p_0\not=p_1\) and \(1/p=(1-\theta)/p_0+\theta/p_1\), then (1) \([L^{p_0)\tau},L^{p_1)\tau}]_\theta\) coincides with the closure of \(L^\infty\) in \(L^{p)\tau}\). (2) \([L^{p_0)\tau},L^{p_1)\tau}]^\theta=L^{p)\tau}\). By means of an example, they show that the spaces obtained in (1) and (2) are different (it is known that they agree when either \(X_0\) or \(X_1\) is reflexive, which is not the case for the grand Lebesgue spaces). Finally, the authors compare their results with the ones for Morrey spaces [\textit{P. G. Lemarié-Rieusset}, Potential Anal. 38, No. 3, 741--752 (2013; Zbl 1267.42024)], [\textit{Y. Lu} et al., Can. Math. Bull. 57, No. 3, 598--608 (2014; Zbl 1316.46021)].
