The paper extends results on topological conjugacy between linear and nonlinear systems to a class of differential equations with piecewise constant argument, in abbreviated form \[ \dot Z(t) = F(t, Z(t), Z(\gamma(t))), \] where \(\gamma\) is piecewise constant. Crucial conditions/methods are exponential dichotomy of the linear part, Lipschitz and \(\sup\)-norm type bounds on the nonlinear part, and the contraction theorem. Although this theorem gives uniqueness, there is some struggling with uniqueness proofs. There is a gap in the proof of Lemma 6.2 (the exponential estimate (6.1) does not imply strict monotonicity), but the paper's general organization is quite transparent.
