The paper addresses fuzzy differential equations under Hukuhara differentiability, \[ u'=f(t,u), \qquad u(t_{0})=u_{0}, \] \(f:[0,\infty \times E^{n}\to E^{n},\) \(u_{0}\in E^{n},\) where \(E^{n}\) denotes the fuzzy numbers' space. First a new inner product \([u,v] _+=\lim_{h\to 0^{+}}\frac{D(u+hv,\widehat{0})-D(u,\widehat{0})}{h}\) is introduced in the space of fuzzy numbers and its properties are investigated. Then, under dissipative type conditions, several global existence and uniqueness theorems are shown, using the inner product introduced. The paper also addresses some qualitative aspects of fuzzy differential equations i.e., existence of bounded solutions is discussed, and stability of the trivial solution under suitable conditions is obtained.
