A note on the representation and approximation of the outer inverse \(A_{T,S}^{(2)}\) of a matrix \(A\) (Q1412646)

The authors develop a unified representation and approximation theorem for the outer inverse \(A_{T,S}^{(2)}\), which relax the instructions given by \textit{Y. Chen} and \textit{X. Chen} [Linear Algebra Appl. 308, No. 1--3, 85--107 (2000; Zbl 0957.15002)], \textit{X. Li} and \textit{Y. Wei} [Int. J. Math. Math. Sci. 31, No. 8, 497--507 (2002; Zbl 1016.65019)], and \textit{Y. Wei} and \textit{H. Wu} [Appl. Math. Comput. 135, No. 2--3, 263--276 (2003; Zbl 1027.65048)]. The outer inverse \(A_{T,S}^{(2)}\) of a matrix \(A\) is the matrix \(X\) satisfying \(XAX=X,R\left( X\right) =T,N\left( X\right) =S\).
