The authors prove existence of blowing-up solutions to linear perturbations of the Yamabe problem on an \(n\)-dimensional smooth Riemannian manifold manifolds \((M, g)\) with boundary, \[ \begin{cases} \Delta_gu-\dfrac{n-2}{4(n-1)}R_gu=0 & \text{in}\;M,\\ \partial_\nu u+\dfrac{n-2}{n}H_gu+\varepsilon\gamma u=u^{\frac{2(n-1)}{n-2}-1} & \text{on}\;\partial M. \end{cases} \] Here \(\Delta_g\) is the Laplace-Beltrami operator, \(R_g\) is the scalar curvature of \((M,g),\) \(\nu\) is the outward normal to \(\partial M,\) \(H_g\) stands for the mean curvature of \(\partial M\) with respect to \(g,\) \(\gamma\in C^2(M)\) and \(\varepsilon\) is a positive parameter that approaches zero. By means of the Lyapunov-Schmidt procedure, the authors built blowing-up solutions, provided \(n\geq7\) and the trace-free part of the second fundamental form is non-zero everywhere on \(\partial M.\)
