Summary: We derive the Helmholtz theorem for nondifferentiable Hamiltonian systems in the framework of Cresson's quantum calculus. Precisely, we give a theorem characterizing nondifferentiable equations, admitting a Hamiltonian formulation. Moreover, in the affirmative case, we give the associated Hamiltonian.
