For positive integers \(n,m\) and a positive real number \(\mu\) let \[ D_{n,m}(\mu)=\left\{(z,w)\in\mathbb C^{n+m}:\|w\|^2< e^{-\mu\|z\|^2}\right\} \] (here \(\|\cdot\|\) stands for the standard Hermitian norm) denote the Fock-Bargmann-Hartogs domain. For \(\nu>-1\) let \(g(\mu;\nu)\) denote the Kähler metric on \(D_{n,m}(\mu)\) associated with the Kähler form \[ \omega(\mu;\nu)=\frac{\sqrt{-1}}{2\pi}\partial\bar\partial\Phi, \] where \[ \Phi(z,w)=\nu\mu\|z\|^2-\ln\left(e^{-\mu\|z\|^2}-\|w\|^2\right). \] The first result of the paper is the following. For \(\alpha>n+m\), Rawnsley's \(\varepsilon\)-function of the Fock-Bargmann-Hartogs domain \(D_{n,m}(\mu)\) with respect to the metric \(g(\mu;\nu)\) can be written as \[ \varepsilon_{(\alpha,g(\mu;\nu))}=\sum_{j=0}^nc_j(\alpha)\left(1-e^{\mu\|z\|^2}\right)^{n-j} \] if and only if the function \[ \phi(x):=\frac{(x-n)_n(\nu\alpha+x)^n}{\sum_{d=0}^n\binom{n}{d}\nu^{n-d}(\alpha-n-m)_{n-d}(x-d)_d} \] is a polynomial in \(x\). Using the above result, the authors prove the following theorem. If \(\beta>n+m\) and \[ \phi(x)=\frac{(x-n)_n(\nu\alpha+x)^n}{\sum_{d=0}^n\binom{n}{d}\nu^{n-d}(\alpha-n-m)_{n-d}(x-d)_d} \] is a polynomial in \(x\), then the Fock-Bargmann-Hartogs domain \(D_{n,m}(\mu)\) with respect to the metric \(\beta g(\mu;\nu)\) admits a Berezin quantization.
