The authors consider fusion categories over an algebraically closed field \(k\) of characteristic \(0\) which are categorically Morita equivalent to the category \(\mathcal{C}(G, \omega)\) of vector spaces graded by some \(p\)-group \(G\) (where \(p\) denotes a prime number) with the associativity constraint given by some \(\omega\in H^3(G, k^\times)\). Such a fusion category can abstractly be characterized as being an integral fusion \(p\)-category [\textit{V. Drinfeld}, \textit{S. Gelaki}, \textit{D. Nikshych} and \textit{V. Ostrik}, ``Group-theoretical properties of nilpotent modular categories'', \url{arXiv:0704.0195}] (see also [\textit{P. Etingof} et al., Tensor categories. Providence, RI: American Mathematical Society (AMS) (2015; Zbl 1365.18001)], Section 9.14). (For odd \(p\), a fusion \(p\)-category is always integral.) The \textit{Brauer-Picard group} \(\mathrm{BrPic}(\mathcal{A})\) of a fusion category \(\mathcal{A}\) is the group of equivalence classes of invertible \(\mathcal{A}\)-bimodule categories [\textit{P. Etingof} et al., Quantum Topol. 1, No. 3, 209--273 (2010; Zbl 1214.18007)]. \(\mathrm{BrPic}(\mathcal{A})\) is invariant under categorical Morita equivalence on \(\mathcal{A}\). The authors compute \(\mathrm{BrPic}(\mathcal{C}(G, \omega))\) for \(G\) elementary abelian under a suitable assumption on \(\omega\), and \(\mathrm{BrPic}(\mathcal{C}(G, 1))\) for \(G\) an extra special \(p\)-group. Finite groups of Lie type are found as composition factors of many of those Brauer-Picard groups. Results also recover an earlier computation in [\textit{B. Riepel}, Brauer-Picard groups of pointed fusion categories. Ph.D. Thesis, University of New Hampshire (2014)] as well as one in [\textit{D. Nikshych} and \textit{B. Riepel}, J. Algebra 411, 191--214 (2014; Zbl 1354.18008)]. The authors also compute the Brauer-Picard group of the representation category of the Kac-Paljutkin Hopf algebra [\textit{G. I. Kats} and \textit{V. G. Palyutkin}, Trans. Mosc. Math. Soc. 15 (1966), 251--294 (1967); Translation from Tr. Mosk. Mat. O.-va 15, 224--261 (1966; Zbl 0218.43005)].
