This article generalizes a part of an article by \textit{G. Dafni} and \textit{J. Xiao} [J. Funct. Anal. 208, No. 2, 377--422 (2004; Zbl 1062.42011)] from \(\mathbb R^n\) to the Siegel upper half-space \[ \mathbb U^n=\{(z',z_{n+1})\in\mathbb C^n\times\mathbb C:\operatorname{Im}z_{n+1}>|z'|^2\}. \] The Heisenberg group \(\mathbb H^n\) acts on \(\mathbb U^n\) by affine holomorphic bijections; the author omits to state that it may be identified with the boundary of \(\mathbb U^n\) and does not introduce the notation \((\xi,\rho)\in\mathbb H^n\times(0,\infty)\) for elements \((z',z_{n+1})\) of\(\mathbb U^n\), where \(\xi=(z'_1,\dotsc,z'_n,\operatorname{Re}z_{n+1})\) and \(\rho=\operatorname{Im}z_{n+1}-|z'|^2\). A notion of dyadic cube is used to define the \(p\)-dimensional Hausdorff capacity \(\Lambda_p^{\infty}\) on \(\mathbb H^n\). Every cube \(I\) in \(\mathbb H^n\) is the base of a Carleson box \(S(I)\) in \(\mathbb U^n\); then a positive Borel measure \(\mu\) on \(\mathbb U^n\) is a \(p\)-Carleson measure if \(\mu(S(I))\leq C|I|^p\). The author characterizes such measures by the inequality \(\int_{\mathbb U^n}|f|\,d\mu\leq C\int_{\mathbb H^n} N(f)\,d\Lambda_p^{\infty}\), where the right-hand side is the Choquet integral of the nontangential maximal function \(N(f)\) of a function \(f\) on \(\mathbb U^n\); this permits to identify the dual of the space of \(p\)-Carleson measures. In the last section, the analogue for \(p\)-Carleson measures on \(\mathbb U^n\) of the tent space introduced by \textit{R. R. Coifman} et al. [J. Funct. Anal. 62, 304--335 (1985; Zbl 0569.42016)] is defined and identified as a dual space with the help of an adequate notion of atoms.
