The authors study quasilinear chemotaxis-haptotaxis model of cancer invasion \[ \begin{aligned} u_t &=\nabla\cdot D(u)\nabla u+\nabla\cdot S_1(u)\nabla v+\nabla\cdot S_2(u)\nabla w+ f(u,w)\\ \tau v_t &=\Delta v-v+g_1(w)g_2(u) \\ w_t &=-vw \qquad \text{ in }\Omega \times (0,T) \end{aligned} \] with \[ \left(D(u)\frac{\partial u}{\partial \nu}, \frac{\partial v}{\partial \nu}\right)\vert_{\partial \Omega}=0, \quad (u,v) \vert_{t=0}=(u_0(x), v_0(x)) \geq 0, \] where \(\Omega \subset \mathbf{R}^N\) is a bounded domain with smooth boundary \(\partial\Omega\), \(D(u)\), \(S_1(u)\), \(S_2(u)\), \(f(u,w)\), \(g_1(w)\), \(g_2(u)\) are \(C^1\) functions satisfying \[ D(u)\geq C_D(u+1)^{-\alpha},\, S_1(u)\leq \chi u(u+1)^{\beta-1},\, S_2(u)\leq \xi u(u+1)^{\gamma-1} \] \[ f(u,w)\leq u(a-\mu u^{r-1}-\lambda w),\, f(0,w)\geq 0,\, g_1(w)\geq 0,\, 0\leq g_2(u)\leq Ku^\kappa \] for \(C_D, \chi, \xi, \mu, K, \kappa>0\) and \(\lambda \geq 0\), \(r>1\), where \(\alpha\), \(\beta\), \(\gamma\), \(a\) are exponents. In this model, \(u\), \(v\), and \(w\) stand for the density of cancer cells, the concentration of matrix degrading enzymes, and the density of extracellular matrix, respectively. Parameter regions for the existence of uniformly bounded global in time classical solution are founded. A parameter region where the solution converges to the spatially homogeneous positive stationary solution is also provided for the special case of \[ f(u,w)=u(a-\mu u^{r-1}-\lambda w), \quad g_1(w)g_2(u)=u^\kappa. \]
