The authors study the quasi-static limit for the entropy weak solution of a one-dimensional scalar conservation law with strictly concave flux and with slowly changed boundary data. They show that this limit coincides with an entropy weak solution to the corresponding stationary equation but with time-dependent boundary conditions.
