A system of four parabolic equations describing chemotactic movement of two competing species is studied in bounded domains of \(\mathbb R^n\), \(n\le 2\), with the homogeneous Neumann conditions. Under some assumptions on the coefficients in the reaction part of the system, boundedness and stabilization results are shown in the fully parabolic as well as in the parabolic-elliptic cases.
