The Navier-Stokes equations are considered in the three-dimensional exterior domain when a rigid body moves periodically in time. The results in this paper complement recent studies on the existence of time-periodic solutions by showing that such a flow is unique among small weak \(L^3\) solutions and, moreover, this enjoys \(\frac{1}{|x|}\) space decay property.
