This paper deals with the following eigenvalue problem \(L\) for the Laplace equations on the described graph \[ -y_j^{\prime \prime}(x)=\lambda y_j(x), \quad x \in(0, \pi), \quad j=\overline{1, m}, \] with the Robin boundary conditions (BCs) \[ y_j^{\prime}(0)-h_j y_j(0)=0, \quad j=\overline{1, m}, \] the continuity conditions \[ y_j(\pi)=y_1(\pi), \quad j=\overline{2, m}, \] and the nonlocal matching condition (MC) \[ \sum_{j=1}^m\left(y_j^{\prime}(\pi)+\int_0^\pi p_j(x) y_j(x) d x\right)=0 \] at the central vertex. Here \(\lambda\) is the spectral parameter, \(\left\{h_j\right\}_{j=1}^m\) are complex numbers, \(p_j \in L_2(0, \pi)\) are complex-valued functions, \(j=\overline{1, m}\). The author studies the inverse problem of recovery of \(\{p_j\}_{j=1}^m\) from the spectrum, where the numbers \(\left\{h_j\right\}_{j=1}^m\) are assumed to be known a priori. The author gives two methods for the investigation of the inverse spectral problem. The first method is based on the Riesz-basis property of the root functions of the problem \(L\). The second method allows one to recover the function \(p_j\) separately on each edge of the graph. The author obtains the spectrum characterization and the reconstruction algorithms, and proves the uniqueness of the inverse problem solution.
