This paper studies the analogue of Calabi-Yau metrics on Hermitian varieties, which is similar to the complex Monge-Ampère equation except that the Kähler form is replaced by a non-closed type \((1,1)\)-form. The goal is to obtain uniform \(L^\infty\) estimates for the potential, when the underlying Hermitian varieties vary in families, and the volume density satisfies some uniform \(L^p\) integrability assumptions. Some motivation comes from the fact that conifold transitions can result in non-Kähler manifolds. In the Kähler setting, the analogous problem has been studied by \textit{E. Di Nezza} et al. [``Families of singular Kähler-Einstein metrics'', J. Eur. Math. Soc. (to appear), \url{arXiv:2003.08178}], via complex pluripotential theory. This paper adapts the strategy to the non-Kähler setting, using a localized version of the Bedford-Taylor capacity, and proves a uniform \(L^\infty\)-estimate under a number of structure conditions, such as super-\(L^1\) comparison, Skoda inequality, and volume density bounds. One key ingredient is to produce a subsolution to the complex Monge-Ampère equation, following the ideas of \textit{V. Guedj} and \textit{C. H. Lu} [``Quasi-plurisubharmonic envelopes 3: solving Monge-Ampère equations on hermitian manifolds'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:2107.01938}]. The rest of the paper verifies the structure conditions in the case of smoothings of isolated singularities.
