The author studies weak solutions to the Burgers equation \(u_t + (u^2/2)_x=0\) with finite entropy production. This means that the entropy dissipation distributions are represented by finite Radon measures. It is demonstrated that all these entropy dissipation measures are supported on at most countable union of Lipschitz curves independent of entropies.
