Let \((X,HX,J, \omega_0)\) be an orientable strictly pseudoconvex \(CR\) manifold of dimension \(2n+1\) with an \(\mathbb R\)-action on \(X\) preserving \(\omega_0\) and \(J\) such that the infinitesimal generator of the \(\mathbb R\)-action is a Reeb vector field. Let \(g_X\) be an \(\mathbb R\)-invariant metric and let \(\Theta_X\) be its fundamental form. Assume that the Levi metric \(\langle \cdot, \cdot \rangle_{\mathcal L} = g_{\mathcal L} = \frac{1}{2} d\omega_0(\cdot,J\cdot)+\omega_0(\cdot) \) is complete and there is \(C>0\) such that \[\sqrt{-1} R^{K_X^*}_{\mathcal L} \ge -2C\sqrt{-1} \mathcal L, \quad (2\sqrt{-1} \mathcal L)^n \wedge \omega_0 \ge C \Theta^n_X\wedge \omega_0,\] where \(R^{K_X^*}_{\mathcal L}\) is the curvature of \(K^*_X = {\det}(T^{(1,0)}X)\). Then the Szegő projection \(S^{(0)}\) is a Fourier integral operator with complex phase: \[S^{(0)}(x,y) - \int_0^\infty e^{i \varphi (x,y)t} s(x,y,t)\,dt \in \mathcal C^\infty (D \times D),\] where the phase function \(\varphi \in \mathcal C^\infty (D\times D)\), \( \Im \varphi (x,y)\ge 0\) and \(s(x,y,t)\) is a symbol of order \(n\) with asymptotic expansion \(s(x,y,t) = \sum_{j=0}^\infty s_j(x,y)t^{n-j}\) whose leading term satsfies \(s_0(x,x)=\frac{1}{2} \pi^{-n-1} |{\det} \mathcal L_x |\) for all \(x\) in a local coordinate patch \(D\).
