The classes of Sierpiński-Zygmund and Darboux functions from \(\mathbb{R}\) to \(\mathbb{R}\) are denoted by \(\mathrm{SZ}\) and \(\mathcal{D},\) respectively. Any function \(f : \mathbb{R} \to \mathbb{R}\) such that \(f\upharpoonright S\) is discontinuous for every \(S \subset \mathbb{R}\) of cardinality of \(\mathbb{R}\) is called Sierpiński-Zygmund function. The collection of Darboux-like classes of functions from \(\mathbb{R}\) to \(\mathbb{R}\) encompasses, beside of the class \(\mathcal{D},\) also five other classes of maps that consistently contain \(\mathrm{SZ}\)-functions: \(\mathrm{PC}\) of peripherally continuous functions, \(\mathrm{PR}\) of functions with perfect road, \(\mathrm{Conn}\) of Connectivity functions, \(\mathrm{AC}\) of almost continuous functions, and \(\mathrm{CIVP}\) of functions with Cantor intermediate value property. The goal of the paper is to construct functions belonging to the following classes: \(\mathrm{SZ} \cap \mathcal{D} \setminus ( \mathrm{Conn} \cup \mathrm{PR} )\); \(\mathrm{SZ} \cap \mathcal{D} \cap \mathrm{PR} \setminus ( \mathrm{Conn} \cup \mathrm{CIVP} )\); \(\mathrm{SZ} \cap \mathcal{D} \cap \mathrm{CIVP} \setminus \mathrm{Conn}\); \(\mathrm{SZ} \cap \mathrm{Conn} \setminus ( \mathrm{AC} \cup \mathrm{PR} )\); \(\mathrm{SZ} \cap \mathrm{Conn} \cap \mathrm{PR} \setminus ( \mathrm{AC} \cup \mathrm{CIVP} )\); \(\mathrm{SZ} \cap \mathrm{Conn} \cap \mathrm{CIVP} \setminus \mathrm{AC}\); \(\mathrm{SZ} \cap \mathrm{AC} \setminus \mathrm{PR}\); \(\mathrm{SZ} \cap \mathrm{AC} \cap \mathrm{PR} \setminus \mathrm{CIVP}\) and \(\mathrm{SZ} \cap \mathrm{AC} \cap \mathrm{CIVP}\), respectively.
