The quantum toroidal \(\mathfrak{gl}_1\) algebra \(U_{q,t}\) is a formal bialgebra with Drinfeld-type comultiplication, having two parameters \(q\) and \(t\). It is also called the (Drinfeld double of) elliptic Hall algebra, Ding-Iohara-Miki algebra, and (a certain type of) Feigin-Oddesskii shuffle algebra. Such a variety of naming reflects the fact that the algebra \(U_{q,t}\) appears in various context, such as the theory of Ringel-Hall algebras, the theory of Macdonald symmetric functions, and five-dimensional AGT relation. This paper studies the Fock modules of the algebra \(U_{q,q}\), i.e., the equal parameter case \(q=t\), in the spirit of Nekrasov-Shatashvili limit. Comapped to the generic \(q,t\) case, the representation theory in this special case \(q=t\) has not been studied so much, as far as the reviewer understands. Among various computations in the paper, one of the remarkable result is that it clarified the relation of the representation theory of \(U_{q,q}\) to the \(q\)-deformation of the isomonodromy/CFT correspondence. Specifically, the paper proves the identity (1.8) between the Whittaker limit of conformal block and a \(q\)-isomonodromic tau function.
