Slice Dirac operator over octonions (Q2218720)

The paper extends the idea of quaternionic slice regularity to the case of a slice Dirac operator on the octonions: the authors consider a factorization of the space of octonions as the union of infinite quaternionic spaces. Then they consider functions that are monogenic on any quaternionic space and behave as slice functions ``slice-by-slice''. After some preliminaries, the authors extend the concept of stem functions in this context and study some of its structures. Later they define their function theory and prove a Cauchy integral formula. At the end they analyze power series solutions. Some of the results contained in this paper may be compared to the ones contained in [\textit{R. Ghiloni}, J. Geom. Anal. 31, No. 12, 11988--12033 (2021; Zbl 1485.30015)].
